Once the pain is over, I start asking myself what I can do to make things better. How can I improve? What can I try that I've never tried before? I pick up my "just watch me" gauntlet and keep at it. The new challenge always lifts me up and gets me back on track. Maybe because I’ve been at the writing game so long, I tend to look at the frustrations as a challenge anymore.
